Happy Friday Everyone! Today I am sharing with all of you my breakfast staple & favourite thing to eat of all time: my granola recipe! I eat this all time & am thoroughly addicted!
Directions:
1) Mix 1 Bag of Bob’s Red Mill Organic Old Fashioned Rolled Oats with 1 – 1 1/2 cups maple syrup (I use Uncle Luke’s Organic Canada NO.2 Amber Maple Syrup) in a bowl
2) Place parchment paper on a cooking sheet & spread granola mixture evenly over pan
3) Turn oven onto 350 F & place granola into oven for 20-30 minutes (or till golden brown), when fully cooked take out of oven & let cool
4) Serve with fruit & milk for a healthy cereal or over a smoothie! The possibilities are endless!
