Here I am styling this extremely gorgeous Silk Blouse from the brand The Fable ( definitly check them out if you are on the hunt for a nice blouse at the moment! ) with a pair of not-so-basic redone skinny jeans and a pair of white sneakers. To complete the outfit I added on a simple horn shaped necklace and my Camelia Roma cross-body bag.

Good Morning and Happy Friday everyone!
I honestly can not believe how fast this week has gone by and that it is already September! I started school this week which means I have been busy busy busy trying to get a handle on everything and create a little routine, so I’m sorry if I have been slacking at the whole blogging/social media thing lately. Once I get everything settled the blog will return to regular scheduled programming!
Today’s look is a simple one: a not-so-basic striped t-shirt and ripped jeans, both courtesy of Bluenotes. I added on the black ankle boots to make the outfit semi fall-ish, but to be honest it’s been scorching hot here this week ( I’m talking 30+ ) so my fall wardrobe has been stuck inside while I continue to wear shorts and dresses.
What are you up to this weekend?

It’s fall y’all! And I am seriously so excited! Come this time of year all I want to wear is Combat Boots & Bomber Jackets, anyone else with me?
Today I am partnering with GEOX to style one of there newly released fall designs and give a little review on the product. I chose to style these beautiful Burgundy Combat Boots and wore them all around town and to work to really test them out!
If you have been following me for a while then you know that a few years ago I fell while walking to school and suffered a hip injury that still bothers me to this day. Because of this I am very particular when it comes to my foot wear choice, especially on days that I work and I know I will be standing for an extended period of time. I wore these shoes two days in a row for both of my 4 hour shifts in which I was standing on concrete floors and I felt absolutely no pain in either my feet or my hips, which to me makes these shoes a winner! The traction on the boots is amazing, although I haven’t had the opportunity of testing them out yet I have high hopes of not slipping come winter. My one and only complaint would be that I wish they were lined in order to make them a proper winter boot, but I completely understand Geox leaving that out as not everyone lives in a winter wonderland like I do!
Final verdict: Love them and definitely worth the purchase if you are in the market for a pair of fashionable and practical combat boots!
